Hunt: Showdown is a competitive first-person shooter set in 1895 Louisiana. Players take on the role of Hunters tasked with eliminating monstrous creatures infesting the bayou. Hunt alone or team up with others to track targets, compete against other Hunters, and collect bounties. Successfully defeating a target triggers a showdown where all other Hunters become enemies, seeking to steal your prize. The game features both PvPvE elements, meaning players battle both monsters and other Hunters. Advance through ranks and unlock new weapons and gear for your Bloodline, which carries experience even when a Hunter dies. Use Dark Sight to track clues and mark bounty-carrying players. Choose from Bounty Hunt mode for team-based or solo hunts, Quick Play for solo elimination matches, or Trials & Training for practice against AI enemies.
