Left 4 Dead 2 is a cooperative first-person shooter set in a zombie apocalypse. Players team up as one of four survivors to fight their way through five expansive campaigns across the Deep South. Armed with a variety of classic and upgraded weapons, including melee options like chainsaws and frying pans, players must survive encounters with new Special Infected and uncommon common zombies. The game features AI Director 2.0, which dynamically adjusts the gameplay experience based on player performance, creating a unique challenge each time.
