Level Zero: Extraction is a survival horror video game set in 2058 where a team of four scientists must repair electrical systems to escape a planet called Turion. Two creatures with telepathic abilities and electricity manipulation skills hunt the scientists in the shadows. Scientists use light as their primary weapon, employing various items and light sources to repel the creatures. Teamwork is essential for completing objectives and surviving. Scientists can manage consumables wisely, unlock perks, and customize characters. They can also deploy traps and respawn as drones to guide the team. Creatures can stealthily navigate vents, utilize telepathic abilities, and ambush survivors during random blackouts. Creatures have passive abilities to sense heartbeats and use various tactics and skills to overwhelm and attack the scientists.
