Project Winter is an 8-player multiplayer survival game centered around social deception. Players must work together as survivors to complete objectives and escape, while hidden traitors sabotage their efforts. Survivors gather resources, repair structures, and explore the wilderness, relying on communication and teamwork for success. Traitors, identifiable by a red symbol, use secret tools and hatches to hinder survivors' progress. Communication is crucial for survivors, with options including proximity-based voice chat, private channels, text chat, and emotes. Betrayal and deception are key elements as traitors may infiltrate the survivor group, spreading lies and sowing discord. Project Winter offers various game modes, including basic, normal, and custom, along with cosmetic customization options earned through in-game currency.
