Age of Darkness: Final Stand" is a strategy game where players build defenses and lead armies against an endless tide of Nightmares. Using the innovative SwarmTech engine, the game can display over 70,000 enemy units on screen simultaneously. Players must manage resources, construct fortifications, and strategically deploy heroes to survive waves of enemies during "Death Nights." The procedurally generated map features a dynamic living death fog that expands and recedes with light, adding an element of unpredictability. Randomized Malices and Blessings offer unique challenges and rewards for surviving Death Nights. Players can customize their units through a skill tree system and encounter roaming Elite Nightmares that pose a significant threat but also drop valuable resources.
