ICARUS is a PvE survival game set on the terraformed planet Icarus. Players can choose to play in either Mission-based or Open World modes with up to eight co-op players. The goal of the game is to survive the harsh environment of Icarus, which includes toxic air, dangerous wildlife, and extreme weather conditions. Players must explore the planet, harvest resources, craft items, and build bases in order to survive. They can also complete contracts for various factions to earn rewards. Icarus features two maps, Olympus and Styx, with a variety of biomes to explore. Players can choose from over 100 talents to specialize their characters and master three separate tech trees: planetary tech, player talents, and the orbital workshop. The game offers three different modes: Open World, Missions, and Outposts.
