Eaten Alive" is a point-and-click survival adventure game set in a post-apocalyptic Boston six years after a global catastrophe. Players must navigate various locations, including the city, abandoned buildings, parks, sewers, and a medical research facility, while facing the constant threat of death. The game features a perma-death system, meaning there are no saves or reloads; players only have one life to survive. Choices made throughout the game affect the player's fate and interactions with other survivors, who can be helped, looted, killed, or even insulted. "Eaten Alive" boasts an original soundtrack by Felix Arifin, which is included with the Steam version of the game. Players can also enjoy three mini-games, including one set in Jim Sterling's apartment where they can play video games.
