The game features a trio of protagonists: a street hustler, a retired bank robber, and a psychopath, who find themselves caught in a web of crime with the U.S. government and entertainment industry. Players can customize their gameplay experience with over 25 settings for texture quality, shaders, and more, including population density sliders, dual and triple monitor support, and 3D compatibility. Grand Theft Auto V for PC includes Grand Theft Auto Online, supporting up to 30 players and two spectators, along with all existing content updates, including Heists and Adversary Modes. The game also introduces First Person Mode, the Rockstar Editor for capturing and sharing gameplay footage, and new radio stations featuring exclusive music from artists like The Alchemist, Oh No, Earl Sweatshirt, and more.
