Rayman Origins is a 2D platforming adventure game featuring up to four players. Players can control Rayman, Globox, or the Teensies as they explore over 60 levels and defeat enemies. The game features classic 2D platforming gameplay with elements of action, adventure, and beat-em-up genres. Rayman and his friends gain new abilities throughout the game, including swimming, diving, and using the HairlyCopter. Rayman Origins also includes challenging boss battles and a unique art style with over 100 characters and 12 environments. The game was developed by the UBIart team in Montpellier and built on an open-source game engine designed by Michel Ancel.
