Cataclismo is a real-time strategy and tower defense game where players build fortresses to defend against waves of enemies called Horrors. Using LEGO-inspired mechanics, players gather resources and construct their strongholds with tactical layouts, traps, and troop placement. As night falls, Horrors attack, utilizing realistic physics that can crush both enemies and allies. Players can command a variety of soldiers with unique skills, deploy siege equipment like flaming arrows, and optimize the efficiency of their fortress. The game features a 30-hour single-player campaign with voice acting and cutscenes, as well as survival, creative, and skirmish modes. Cataclismo's art style is inspired by comics and depicts a world devastated by the perilous Mist.
