Partisans 1941 is a World War II game that blends stealth tactics, action, resource management, and base-building. Players lead a group of Partisans resisting the German occupation in the East. The game features tactical pause for strategic planning, allowing players to set up ambushes and utilize various special items. Players build and develop their hidden resistance camp, recruit new members, and complete missions to undermine enemy forces and secure vital resources. The story follows Red Army commander Alexey Zorin as he escapes a prison camp and forms a Partisan squad, engaging in sabotage missions and ultimately participating in a major operation to disrupt German supply lines.
