Total War: ROME II - Emperor Edition is the definitive edition of the acclaimed strategy game. It features an enhanced political system, revamped building chains, rebalanced battles, and improved visuals in both campaign and battle modes. Emperor Edition includes all free updates since its 2013 release, including bug fixes, balancing adjustments, Twitch integration, touchscreen compatibility, and Mac support. It also features the free "Imperator Augustus" campaign pack, which follows the aftermath of Caesar's assassination. This new campaign allows players to lead one of three powerful factions vying for control of Rome: Octavian, Marc Antony, or Lepidus. Players can choose from a variety of other factions as well, including Pompey, the Iceni, the Marcomanni, Dacia, Egypt, Parthia, and Armenia. The game features a massive turn-based campaign mode with real-time battles, offering an immersive experience with detailed graphics and tactical gameplay options.
