In Postal 3, players navigate the chaotic city of Catharsis, a world parodying real-life issues with satirical humor. Following the events of Postal Dude's previous week in Paradise, he and his loyal pitbull Champ find themselves amidst societal turmoil: economic collapse, extremist ideologies, and corrupt government officials. Players must choose their path, responding to the antics of bizarre characters like a scheming mayor, an Al Qaeda-linked mascot, and a sociopathic cult leader. The game features interactive environments, vehicle gameplay, and NPCs who react dynamically to player actions. Multiple story paths emerge based on player choices, influenced by celebrity cameos and appearances from other Running With Scissors franchises. Postal 3 offers a darkly comedic experience with insane weapons like the BadgerSaw and Grenade Cats, culminating in the chance to confront controversial film director Uwe Boll.
