Monster Girl Island: Prologue is an adventure game where players explore a mysterious island inhabited by attractive monsters from myths and science fiction. The story begins with the player waking up on the island with no memory of how they arrived. They soon discover that the island's residents, including nekomata, mermaids, elves, slimes, dragons, and kitsune, are also from other worlds and share a similar predicament. Players can interact with these Monster Girls, explore a fully 3D world, and make choices that influence the story. The prologue includes approximately one-third of the main story and serves as a standalone experience before the full release of the game.
