Songs of Conquest is a turn-based strategy game inspired by classic titles. Players lead powerful mages called Wielders to explore diverse maps filled with enemies and treasures. They build empires, manage resources, research advancements, and customize their towns with a focus on strength or magic. Battles involve strategic troop combinations and magical abilities, utilizing terrain for advantage. The game offers both single-player campaigns and multiplayer modes for online or local play. An in-game level editor allows players to create custom maps, adding scripted events, music, and dialogue. Four distinct factions - Arleon, Rana, Loth, and Barya - each with unique strengths and stories, are engaged in a conflict across the land. Campaigns feature unique songs that evolve as players progress, culminating in a complete track upon victory.
