Paunch" is a competitive video game where two players battle to earn points. Players control characters within an arena and utilize boulders as weapons, strategically throwing them at their opponents. Hand-to-hand combat also plays a role, with players executing targeted strikes using their characters' muscles. The game features 12 lives per player, represented by boulders that can be moved around the arena. When all boulders are depleted, the final stage begins, awarding points to the player with the highest score. Players can engage in "Duel" matches against random opponents to earn seasonal points or challenge friends in "Sparring" sessions for practice. The game's arenas and combat moves are procedurally generated, ensuring a unique experience each time.
