Hammerting is a vertical mining colony simulation game where players manage a clan of Dwarves. Players establish a mining operation, craft weapons like legendary swords, and delve deep into the earth for resources and glory. As conflicts erupt on the surface, the Dwarves fulfill requests from allies by crafting items such as silver swords. Players expand their base, build conveyor belts and elevators to automate tasks, and manage the unique personalities and skills of each Dwarf. The game features complex crafting mechanics, with Dwarves having a chance for critical results, leading to improved gear. Players explore dangerous depths, utilizing Dwarven mechanisms to transport lava, brew beer, and light shafts. Hammerting also offers an online co-op mode for players to collaborate and build their colony together.
