The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II" is a direct sequel to "Trails of Cold Steel," taking place one month after the previous game's events. Rean, having escaped Trista, sets out on a journey across Erebonia with Valimar to find his friends and stop the conflict. Player choices and relationships from "Trails of Cold Steel" carry over, influencing conversations and gameplay.
