Artifact Foundry and Artifact Classic are free-to-play digital card games set in the Dota 2 universe. Artifact Foundry features streamlined gameplay with an all-new card pool of over 100 cards, including new heroes. It offers expanded tutorials, playable demos, PvE content like a beginner campaign and standalone challenges, and a new PvP mode called Hero Draft. All cards are unlocked through gameplay, without any pack purchases. Artifact Classic, a collaboration between Richard Garfield and Valve, allows players to wield their decks across three lanes of combat with unlimited hand size, units, and mana. All cards are now available to all players. Players who purchased the original Artifact will have their cards upgraded to Collector's Edition status. Paid game event tickets have been removed.
