Purgatory" is a tactical turn-based strategy game where players guide Xzus, a protagonist who finds himself in the afterlife. Similar to games like "Heroes of Might and Magic," players explore an overworld map, recruit spirits to their cause, and engage in strategic battles against increasingly challenging enemies. As Xzus progresses, he can acquire and spend skill points to enhance his abilities. The goal is to overcome waves of spirit foes, defeat the gatekeeper of Purgatory, and ultimately return to the realm of the living. "Purgatory" boasts vibrant pixel art graphics and serves as a prequel to the popular "Data Hacker" series.
