RIFT is a free-to-play massively multiplayer online adventure game set in the fantasy world of Telara. Players become Ascended heroes, defending Telara from invaders from other planes. The game features a robust character creation system with two factions, three races per faction, and dozens of unique Souls, each with hundreds of traits and abilities. Players can mix and match these elements and re-specialize their characters at any time. Armor and costumes can be used across all characters, allowing for personalized fashion choices. Telara is a dynamic world where chaos erupts unexpectedly, offering players a variety of adventures, including planar invasions, battles with ancient titans, and group dungeons and raids.
