The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition is a remastered version of the classic 1990 adventure game. This edition features updated hand-drawn graphics, a re-mastered musical score, full voice acting, and an in-depth hint system. Players can seamlessly switch between the updated visuals and the original classic version. The game follows Guybrush Threepwood, a wannabe pirate, as he searches for the legendary Monkey Island. Along his swashbuckling adventure, Guybrush must win the heart of Governor Elaine Marley, confront the evil ghost pirate LeChuck, and ultimately become the most infamous pirate in the Caribbean.
