DOOM (1993), developed by id Software and originally released in 1993, is a first-person shooter that revolutionized the genre. This collection includes both the original 1993 version of DOOM and its enhanced 2019 re-release, featuring upgraded visuals, improved controls, widescreen resolution support, and native 60 FPS. Players experience intense combat as the last defense against Hell's demonic invasion. The original version includes all official content and Episode IV: Thy Flesh Consumed. The enhanced version offers modernized gameplay mechanics for modern platforms. Additionally, players can access free community-created add-ons and enjoy local split-screen cooperative and competitive modes.
