Iron Lung is a short horror game where players navigate a claustrophobic submarine through a blood-filled ocean. Using limited senses like a grainy camera and proximity sensors, players must explore an alien environment and photograph key locations. The game features minimalist gameplay and a suspenseful atmosphere inspired by the work of Aubrey Hodges (Doom 64). Set in a universe where all stars and planets have vanished, players take on the role of a lone explorer searching for resources in a mysterious Blood Ocean. The objective is to complete the mission before the submarine collapses or something lurking in the blood discovers the player.
