In Ghostwire: Tokyo, players must unravel the mystery behind the sudden disappearance of Tokyo's population, which has been replaced by dangerous supernatural forces. Teaming up with a spectral entity seeking vengeance, players will explore a hauntingly beautiful rendition of Tokyo, complete with iconic landmarks and hidden alleys teeming with vengeful spirits called Yokai. Armed with upgradeable elemental powers and ghost-hunting skills, players will combat the supernatural threat while navigating a city frozen in time. The game features stunning visuals powered by next-generation technology and allows players to soar above the cityscape, discovering new missions and enemies. The Spider's Thread update adds new content, including an explorable area, extended cutscenes, side missions, enemies, quality of life improvements, combat skills, and a roguelite mode called "The Spider's Thread.
