Winning Post 9 2021 is a horse racing simulation game that allows players to become owners and breeders in the world of Japanese horse racing. New features include five inaugural year scenarios, allowing players to start their journey in different eras of horse racing history. Players can compete in an International Ultimate Horse Showdown, battling rival horses from around the world. The Inheritance system has been enhanced, allowing players to marry new overseas female jockeys and debut their children as international jockeys or trainers. The game includes the latest horse racing data, including the Saudi Cup and the undefeated Japanese Fillies' Triple Crown winner Daring Tact. Other new features include enhanced blending theory, a randomization of birth years for some historical horses, and additional race horse traits. Players who own save data from previous Winning Post games can carry over money and charms or receive bonuses.
