Three years after her last adventure, Ryza receives a mysterious letter that draws her to the royal capital of Ashra-am Baird. There, she embarks on a new journey filled with exploration and exciting discoveries. Players can now utilize enhanced field actions such as diving, climbing, and traversing narrow spaces, allowing for more immersive exploration of the ruins surrounding the city. Combat has also been improved with a faster, more dynamic real-time system that emphasizes strategic character switching and skill selection. The game features intuitive synthesis systems, including Linkage Synthesis, which allows players to easily create unique items through the combination of materials in Material Loops.
