DEATHLOOP is a first-person shooter game developed by Arkane Lyon. Players take on the role of Colt, an assassin trapped in a time loop on the island of Blackreef. To escape the loop, Colt must assassinate eight targets before the day resets. Each loop provides opportunities to learn new strategies, gather intelligence, and acquire weapons and abilities. Players can choose to approach gameplay stealthily or with direct combat. DEATHLOOP features both single-player and multiplayer modes. In the single-player campaign, players progress through Colt's story, while a rival player controlled Julianna may invade their game to hunt Colt. The island of Blackreef is a stylized 1960s inspired environment that serves as a backdrop for the game's narrative.
