EVERSPACE 2 is a single-player space shooter where players take on the role of Adam, a clone pilot searching for his place in the universe. Set in the war-torn Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) of Cluster 34, players will explore handcrafted star systems filled with secrets, puzzles, and challenges. The story follows Adam as he navigates colonial capture, warlord intrigues, and encounters with energy-maddened cultists and alien enemies. Players can gather a team of experts, upgrade their skills, and unlock new abilities to help them survive the DMZ's perils. The 30-hour campaign features a variety of missions, activities, and secrets, with completionists able to spend over 90 hours exploring every corner of the EVERSPACE universe. Players engage in fast-paced dogfights using a range of weaponry and abilities against drones, fighters, bombers, and powerful gunships. They can also customize their ships with unique modules, weapons, and perks to suit their playstyle. Beyond the main campaign, players can challenge themselves in high-risk areas and ancient rifts for legendary gear.
