Torchlight III takes players on a century-spanning adventure through the declining Ember Empire, now under threat from the Netherim invasion. Players must journey across Novastraia's vast wilderness, either solo or with friends, to defend the land and seek fame and glory. The game offers four unique hero classes with customizable subclasses and a vast array of epic gear to collect and equip. Players can build and upgrade their own fort, showcasing their progress and customizing it to their liking. Loyal companions known as pets return, offering combat assistance and customizable skills and equipment.
